“In July, during a brutal heatwave, a home under our care had an AC unit completely break down in the middle of the night. Our renters had kids with them, so we were in a very tight spot. Great Point Mechanical’s emergency team arrived within an hour of our call. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly—a faulty compressor—and had it fixed by morning. Their pricing was fair, no hidden fees, and they even gave us tips to prevent future breakdowns. We’re so grateful for their prompt, professional service—highly recommend them for any AC emergencies!”
